Relationship Manager - USA based clients

I am working with a leading company HQ based in Trafford and offices in London and USA as they look to expand their North American team with the appointment of an client account manager responsible for the service delivery to a number of key accounts across the USA and Canada.

You will be joining a company who are a market leader in their field have over 28,000 clients and operate across 39 global territories, this is a dynamic and fast paced organisation and I am looking for a like minded candidate that will thrive in this type of environment whilst ensuring your clients receive a service that is second to none.

Ideally you will have a proven B2B Account Management/Client Services background , your client relationship skills will be exceptional and you will continuously go the extra mile for your dedicated account base in addition to these skills it would be ideal if you have had any previous business based dealings with the US so you already have an understanding in the different approaches.

You should be an effective and articulate communicator over the phone and via email , you will be dealing with all sizes of business across a number of industries and usually with a senior contact so you must be adaptable, able to build a rapport and efficiently resolve any issues that arise whilst seeking out any further growth opportunities within the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Managing your own portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Build relationships with your client base to ensure account longevity
  • Deal with any issue efficiently to limit any retention issues
  • Communicate daily by phone and email with your assigned client base
  • Identify any further growth opportunities
  • Manage and update the in-house database with accurate client information
  • Internal communications - working with internal colleagues to deliver client expectations.

As this role is part of the US team the working hours will be Mon-Fri 13:00-22:00 (when required you may be required to work UK bank holidays gaining a day in lieu if so)

Salary 25k plus realistic ote of 32k
