Location: Alton GU34 2QR, or Home / Hybrid working
Salary: £40K - £48K p.a. DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 38.75 per week 08:30 - 17:00

Regulatory Manager, Europe Insecticides and Rodenticides.

Regulatory Manager - About the Role:

To work with and assist the Regulatory Manager to organise insecticide and rodenticide submissions and maintain existing authorisations in EU and UK.

The role involves communicating and negotiating with regulatory authorities, interpreting and applying relevant legislation, liaising with local regulatory contacts, compiling and submitting regulatory dossiers and ensuring that pesticide product registrations are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The main duties include:

  • Project Management: Under the instruction and guidance of the Line Manager coordinate, organise and plan regulatory dossiers for submission to regulatory bodies; assuring the consistency of the data.
  • Work to registration plans and projects - working with regional business managers and with various relevant disciplines within the company as required.
  • Progress projects, as directed by the Regulatory Manager, to obtain territory regulatory approvals to agreed time scales and budgets.
  • As required, liaise with territory regulatory authorities and/or local regulatory contacts to regulatory projects
  • Maintaining information on territory regulatory requirements and the status of product registrations
  • Providing support and advice to colleagues concerning regulatory requirements for PelGar’s products in the relevant territories.
  • Adhering to H&S policies and procedures
  • Plus, any other reasonable request.

Regulatory Manager - Key Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • First or 2:1 Degree level education (chemistry or biological sciences)
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in regulatory affairs - preferably working within the Biocides Product Regulation
  • An understanding of the commercial pressures and requirements of regulatory affairs within a commercial operation
