Regulatory Affairs Associate

We're excited to be able to recruit once again for this superb local business, who are expanding at an incredibly impressive rate with a new role in their Regulatory Affairs team. This is a cutting edge business within the Pharmaceutical industry and given its proximity to several 'bigpharma' businesses, the opportunities to make a name and career for yourself here are genuinely unparalleled based on their upward trajectory.

A collaborative and flexible work environment, it's a small but growing business and therefore one whereby the successful candidate will build knowledge and experience extremely quickly, or be able to impart new ideas and knowledge from a more experienced standpoint. It would be ideal if you felt as though you've reached your ceiling in a corporate Pharma environment; the personnel and expertise who have already migrated away from such businesses to this one, will provide an incredible backdrop to improve your knowledge, or associate with your already impressive experience in a more impactful opportunity.

Full training can be provided and as such, our clients are fully focused on finding the right candidate with the right attitude to 'geton' in life, as opposed to the experience they've previously picked up. Previous office experience is actually not necessary at the junior end of the spectrum - being systems savvy and proactive, willing to learn quickly and muck in with new tasks are all more important traits in the eyes of our client.

These are roles which are likely to suit one of three groups of candidates:

1) Graduates/graduate calibre candidates who have studied science/chemical/pharmaceutical subjects academically and are excited for their first career opportunity.

2) Candidates with pharmaceutical/lab experience in either a retail or medical environment, seeking to move into a commercial business environment.

3) Candidates who already have extensive and relevant regulatory experience within a medical/pharmaceutical/scientific business - ideally a commercial pharmaceutical environment.

Key duties include:

  • Ensure up to date filing of regulatory submission dossiers/Health Authority communications.
  • Create and maintain company Product Information to comply with the latest guidelines and regulations for use in regulatory dossiers.
  • Ensure strong relationships are maintained, including excellent communication both written and verbally, with regulatory bodies and product suppliers accordingly.
  • Extensive management and maintenance of product information databases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all processes utilised both in house and via suppliers.

A progressive and truly market leading opportunity, this is a growth oriented business who will unquestionably be able to provide long term career development and satisfaction - you will grow as the business does if you bring the right ethic and determination to succeed!

It is a rare and superb opportunity, where attitude overrides experience and with a lovely work environment and team atmosphere, we're thrilled to be recruiting for this vacancy.

Due to the anticipated high volume of applications we may receive for this advertisement, it is with regret that we may only be able to contact those applicants successful in being shortlisted. However, your application for this or any further roles, may mean that we are able to contact you when additional vacancies become available. Should you not want this to be the case, please feel free to contact us directly to ensure we are aware of your wishes.
