The Regulatory Adherence Team is the 2nd Line control function responsible for the lifecycle for regulatory change and management of the regulatory change risk. The team manages the process around the assessment of regulatory change and the impact those changes have on Deutsche Bank, its business or infrastructure functions globally. You will be helping to raise awareness within the Bank of regulatory changes, and challenging functions to ensure regulatory adherence is maintained.

Your key responsibilities
  • Managing the process for Regulatory change adherence globally, including communicating regulatory changes impacting Deutsche Bank
  • Engaging with stakeholders in Compliance and multiple business and infrastructure stakeholders in the provision and assessment of regulatory change
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Regulatory Adherence assessment application CUBE including system administration for users, new regulatory bodies, and overall process flow
  • Producing Management Information (MI) on Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators used to monitor overall adherence to the Regulatory Change Policy
  • Supporting the regional and global Head of Regulatory Adherence in achieving departmental goals and maintaining stakeholder engagement and support
Your skills and experience
  • An understanding of the banking and financial services regulatory regime and the lifecycle for regulatory change
  • Proven experience in administering complex Information Technology applications
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders proactively and professionally
  • Ability to manage large sets of data and produce key MI with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate as necessary with team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in German would be beneficial
