Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Staff Nurse for a nursing home in Leicester.
The home is a thirty-six capacity Leicester residential care home, fully-staffed and equipped to carry out a versatile range of nursing packages and welcoming residents with a form of dementia. The team understands how to monitor the mental health of vulnerable individuals, while safeguarding nutrition, hygiene and security concerns and valuing the peace of mind of relatives and loved ones. Carers are experienced in helping residents with the potential for challenging behaviors, with all care and support packages person-centred and regularly updated.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
- To support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home's management and service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisations Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practice are adhered to.
- To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care.
- To help maintain in the home the atmosphere and practice of care based on the company's values deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
Our client Is looking for a Registered Nurse to work 12 hours per week for £31,028 per annum. Working nights only.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Active NMC PIN
Experience in Nursing Homes
