Role and Responsibilities: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse working in our inpatient wards, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care to individuals with diverse mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and devising personalised care plans.
  • Administering medication and closely monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Accurately maintaining and managing patient records.
  • Creating an environment that ensures the safety and well-being of patients and colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Previous experience in inpatient mental health settings
  • Strong team player with the ability to excel independently.
