We are looking for a registered manager who is committed to supporting vulnerable members of our community to live their life to the full. The candidate will not only be required to ensure that we meet and surpass our regulatory requirements but to support in monitoring the quality of our service provision.

The position is based at our Lewisham office. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working in domiciliary care. Ideally they will have at least 3 years’ experience at a senior level in a domiciliary care setting. They must also be committed to developing themselves and the staff who they will be coordinating.

Job Summary

  • This is a senior role that will develop and embed key quality and governance processes so that the company can provide services in line with safe and effective best practice.
  • The post holder will works closely with the operational manager to oversee the day to day operations of the organisation and has the responsibility for supervising all manager within the company.
  • The post holder will lead on the development/high standards and continuity of clinical governance systems within their branch and ensure that clinical activities undertaken are underpinned within a quality and governance framework.
  • The post holder will ensure that all staff understand the structure and processes in place which contribute to good governance and their role within it.
  • The post holder will ensure that evidence-based care is used to continuously improve quality through a culture of openness and transparency where lessons are learnt from audit, quality assurance and engagement with all stakeholders.
  • The post holder will create a structure which facilitates engagement at all points of governance with Service Users.
