Consensus SupportServices are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our busy Training Team. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Trainer to support our Manchester Services through delivery of Health and Social Care Mandatory Training, Service Specific/Specialist Training and Leadership Development Courses.
A confident and competent driver with preparedness to travel within the Manchester Region and also to attend occasional meetings/events as may be required throughout the Business.
To be considered for this role you should be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills with a passion for training within the Learning Disability Sector.
Key tasks include:
To ensure Support Colleagues are provided with a consistent approach to Consensus Induction and refresher training including Conflict Management and Physical Interventions Training (Instructor Training will be provided)
Develop and maintain comprehensive, cost effective and sustainable training provision to achieve and maintain compliance within the region to include the Care Certificate
Maintain accurate reporting and record keeping
Preparedness to travel
