PHS Compliance require a Supervisor to join our M&E team. Through your knowledge & experience of working within a field engineering service background you will be ideally placed to motivate and manage a team of engineers working on a variety of sites completing remedial work and installation projects whilst building and maintaining effective working relationships with our customers.
The Supervisor is responsible for supervision and quality control of onsite work including responsibility for performance and productivity of all engineers within a geographical area. They will ensure accuracy of all related documentation and that all technical, Health, Safety and Operational procedures are fully adhered to whilst maintaining compliance with accreditations and current legislation at all times.
Coming from either a general contracting or facilities management background you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge and experience of electrical installation practices
- Ability to communicate with a mobile workforce
- Good computer literacy
- Knowledge of electrical testing practices and associated repair works
- Previous experience of supervising field based workforce would be advantageous
- Electrical Industry recognized qualifications
