Job Title - Regional Service Manager

Living Location - West Midlands - Bristol

Salary - up to £52k Basic plus bonus and Tesla + more benefits below (£57k OTE)

The Person & Skills

For this Regional Service Manager position, you should:

  • Be enthusiastic and a strong communicator who understands what’s involved with working with an engineering team.
  • Have managed Mobile Engineers or be a Team Leader looking for your next step.
  • Preferably had a technical background and understand the Engineers point of view.
  • Be able to make decisions independently and know the impact of the choices you make.
  • Be motivated to build strong relationships with Engineers and Customers.
  • Have first class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to set targets and manage KPI’s and lead a team to a world class performance.

The Role

  • As Regional Service Manager you will be managing a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers.
  • You will be working within the constraints of a P&L and increasing profitability via cost & revenue control.
  • You’ll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of all your Field Service Engineer's.
  • You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction, stock control and revenue generation.
