Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Wealth Management firm, with a large Central London base and multiple regional offices. They have enjoyed sustained growth over the last financial year, through acquisitions and organic growth. As a result of this, they are now looking for additional support for their growing advisor base and have created a new role for an experienced Manager to help support new and existing Advisors with their ongoing development and business strategies. Duties will include;
One to one mentoring and support of Advisors
Setting and reviewing annual business plans, budgets and targets
Recruitment and annual appraisals
Ensuring personal development plans are in place
Assisting with business strategy and developing new business streams and partners
Maintaining company standard and ensuring all work is FCA compliant
Project work to include supporting the Senior Management team with strategic policy
Building strong internal relationships with multiple departments, including HR, Marketing, IT and Legal
This is an excellent role for someone with a solid track record of sales within the Wealth Management space, that is looking for a more autonomous role, where they can make a real deference within an organisation. You will need to be at least level 4 Diploma qualified and have a demonstrable record of success within sales, to be considered for this role.
As you will be responsible for a region within the business, you must be happy to travel to multiple office locations within the South of England
