Scope:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join a dynamic team in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. You will lead and develop a team to achieve ambitious sales targets, manage key accounts, and drive growth within your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of Territory and Business Development Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for your assigned region.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Coaching and mentoring your team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

About You:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a commercial field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with veterinary practices.
  • A minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  • Proven sales management skills and a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • A strong understanding of the animal health industry.
  • A passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
