Title: Regional Sales Manager

Package: Competitive basic + 100% OTE (uncapped) + car allowance

Location: South East / East of England Home-Based

My client is an ambitious and rapidly growing software organisation who are experiencing an explosive and sustained period of growth. In order to further facilitate this, they are seeking an experienced business development individual to join their team who will take responsibility for the East of England / South East territory, focused on driving new business within the transportation / logistics industry sector. You will have:

* Software as a service ( SaaS ) or IT support / consultancy sector background with a stellar track record and a drive and determination to earn exceptionally.

* Ideally experience gained within the transportation, logistics or a telemetry related industry albeit not essential.

* Exceptional track record of over achieving targets - both financial and KPIs - and the ability to 'close' a deal.

* Consultative solutions-based sales methodology.

* Demonstrable track record of building and 'controlling' a pipeline of new business.

* End-to-end sales process management including demo and onboarding support.

* Ability to build rapport quickly and credibly with senior 'target' individuals within a fast moving / highly competitive sector.
