Occupational Heath Staffing are looking to recruit a Regional Lead Health Surveillance Nurse Advisor to work in Worcester + Regional Travel on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:
- To oversea the health surveillance activity for the team
- To review all health surveillance activity
- To respond on the day to escalation enquires from the OH technicians
- Clinical audit, including observational audit
- Staff training
- Undertaking full remit of health surveillance when required
- Delivery of health and wellbeing provision.
- Service modernisation
- Attendance at the Clinical Governance meetings
- Monitor the quality-of-service provision, identifying areas for service and professional development and facilitate implementation
To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Nurse with exceptionally strong experience in Health surveillance. You will need to have recent health surveillance certificates for audiometry, spirometry and vision screening and have experience in clinical audits. You will also need to have a full clean driving licence.
Salary: up to £42,000 + Benefits
