This role will be managing a team of Customer Representatives in the Basingstoke office around 70% of the time and the remainder of the time will be spend accompanying sales teams on appointments with key customers.
We are looking for a multi skilled manager with a proven ability to lead a team. The role will be primarily based in Basingstoke however it will include frequent travel to other Group sites.
Key work related aspects of the role:
*Managing a team of Client Service Representatives to ensure the department achieves all sales and service related KPI's
*Manages available resources to meet customer demands
*Proactively manages the activities of the department to ensure that the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained
*Monitors and reviews the performance of team members to foster an environment of continuous improvement
*Dealing with customers by phone, electronically and face to face
*Ensure that department processes are efficient and effective.
*Contributes to National Projects across the Group (This will include regular travel to other Group sites)
* Ensures document control of customer interactions in the company CRM system
*Communicate and collaborate with colleagues across a range of departments
*Add value to clients through identifying additional needs and providing product and service advice
Skills and knowledge required:
*Experienced manager of people
*Articulate with advanced interpersonal skills
*Numerate with good verbal and written communication skills
*Demonstrates good listening skills
*Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Knowledge of Word, Excel and report writing
*Extensive customer service experience
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of between £30'000-£35'000 with additional bonus of around £3k per annum. A company car will also be provided.
