Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering from Leeds to Hull

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £36,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and bonus

We are looking for an experienced multi skilled building services engineer for a full time, permanent mobile position.

This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant on commercial sites throughout an area from Leeds to Hull.

They will be mainly be working within office environments, however there will be other types of commercial sites.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. They need to hold a full UK driving licence and have a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification. It would be an advantage if this engineer had strong electrical skills.

Requirements

• Strong working background in building services maintenance
• Minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the region between Leeds and Hull
• Strong electrical knowledge
• Happy to travel across the region
