Waste Collection Operative - Loader temp to perm opportunity with Chelmsford City Council

Hays is excited to be working in partnership with Chelmsford City Council, who are always looking to expand their teams and are looking for the right candidates who can help them to provide a waste collection service for their residents in Chelmsford.

You will be in a team of up to three people delivering good customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include working proactively removing waste and recycling as your daily duties.

You will be required to have a 'can do' approach to your daily duties to get them completed as efficiently as possible. You will also be required to supply your own PPE (safety boots and a Hi-Vis vest).

In return, you will receive an increase in the hourly rate after your three-month service. You will enjoy working in a hardworking team of individuals who will support you to get the job done. You'll be looked after by a Hays consultant who is on-site every day. Onsite parking for cars and bikes is also available.
