About The Role
 
It’s showtime at Butlin’s and we are looking for high-spirited and fun-loving individuals to join our playful entertainments team of people who like people – our famous Redcoats!
The role of a Redcoat is incredibly varied, and no day will ever be the same! You will spend your days with our guests, hosting a range of activities and workshops as well as presenting, DJing and performing in a range of shows and events. 

You will take part in daytime and evening activities, creating amazing memories for our guests that last a lifetime.

 

About You


We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and want to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
You should love to perform and be confident in talking to lots of different people! You should understand the importance of creating special memories for our guests and thrive in an environment where you’ll learn lots of new skills and be able to bring your true personality to work everyday.
  Experience in performing is not essential as we will give you all the skills you need to do the role, but if you have experience in performing arts or you like to sing, dance or act in your spare time, we love being able to share these talents with our guests too.
