Recycling operative

We are seeking several dedicated and reliable Refuse Loader's to join a wonderful team. As a Refuse Loader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and waste management within the community.

Pay:
£11.44 rising to £11.98 after 12 weeks

Temp to Perm
06:30am - 14:30pm

Transport available from central Barnstaple
Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of refuse from residential and commercial areas.
• Operate a refuse collection vehicle, such as a van or flatbed.
• Ensure timely and efficient waste collection according to daily schedules.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling waste materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents during collection.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy bins.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The position is available for an immediate start after the induction process.
