Our established and highly professional recruitment client is seeking to recruit additional Recruitment Consultants / Resourcers due to strong and ongoing business growth levels within their markets.

As a Resourcer, you will have ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle, except for business development and account management. Once you have completed your training, you will have responsibility for candidates from initial sourcing right through to offer stage.


JOB ROLE:
- To source candidates via advertising, job board searches, networking, referrals, Linked In and through the company database
- To shortlist and telephone interview candidates to determine their suitability for a specified vacancy.
- Format CVs and write interview reports ready for sending to clients.
- Arrange interviews and conduct interview preparation with candidates.
- Make offers to candidates or reject accordingly.
- Associated / general administration tasks.

Previous recruitment experience would be great but is not essential - however you would then ideally have a strong sales background as there is lots of phone work required. Previous experience in estate agency, car sales or general telesales would be highly beneficial.

Basic Salary £22800-£28000 depending on experience - salary automatically increases the more you bill / invoice.

Commission: You’d expect £3-6k in commission in the first year and then working towards a £40-45k OTE from year 3 onwards.

There is an option to work remotely but this will depend on training requirements / needs and general experience levels.

22 days holiday to start - after 2 years this rises by one a year to a max of 28 plus bank holidays

37.5 hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. No evening / weekend work required but recruiters are sometimes expected to work extra hours to meet the needs of the business.
