You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates via the various jobs boards and databases
Engaging and pre-screening candidates for suitable career opportunities
Work closely with the recruitment consultants to understand job descriptions and specifications
You will be covering the IT market place at senior level therefore you should be able to articulate yourself and possess credibility.
A structured training programme is on offer to successful applicants where you will learn all aspects of recruitment resourcing and candidate generation / management
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop a rewarding career in the recruitment industry
You should ideally be a recent Graduate (or have an excellent standard of education), be sales aware and possess sound business acumen
Have some current experience within B2B sales or account management
Strong organisational and communication skills
You must be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team and be results driven
