The position involves:
Identify, attracting and shortlist candidates for specific job opportunities
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function
Using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
Monitoring responses and CV applications received
Making sure candidate's applications are processed efficiently
Shortlist and present suitable candidates to the Consultants
Building, managing and developing candidate relationships
To be considered you will:
Be a real peoples person
Have fantastic communication skills
Work well under pressure and towards deadlines
Ideally have previous office based experience
Be confident and personable
Work with flexibility and be adaptable
