As the new Recruitment Resourcer, you will be joining an excellent, dynamic, well established and dedicated fun team who specialise in placing quality candidates within the Social Care and Education sectors & provide complete recruitment solutions to our clients across the UK.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for-

  • Sourcing quality candidates for live vacancies across the UK

  • Being highly proactive by utilising available resources such as Total Jobs, Reed, CV Library, Indeed, Monster, Linked Inetc.

  • Updating and maintaining in-house system at all times

  • CV reformatting / re-writing and profile writing with ability in identifying key strengths, qualifications and experience for short-listed candidates

  • Advertising vacancies on Total Jobs, Reed, CV Library, Indeed, Monster

  • Pre-screening candidates over the telephone and face to face ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gage interest

  • Undertaking candidate compliance checks such as Right to Work, proof of ID/Address, reference checks.

  • Consistently having a proactive approach in attracting quality candidates in the market

  • Ability to gain interest from candidates by promoting the vacancy, benefits package and promoting the culture of our clients to candidates.

  • Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates

Essential requirements for a Recruitment Resourcer;

  • Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer within in-house or agency.

  • Strong attention to detail with great communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, on own initiative as well as within a team.

  • Excellent level of IT, administrative and organisational skills as a Recruitment Resourcer

  • Strong ability in understanding requirements for the purpose of sourcing quality candidates

  • Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly proactive

Desired skills (not essential);

  • Experience within social care a Recruitment Resourcer within a recruitment agency

  • Good level of knowledge within the education sector in providing staffing solutions.
