Working within a specialist team that focus exclusively on placing Junior to Senior level Insurance Specialists, you will be joining a market leader that has an excellent reputation with clients and candidates alike. Due to recent growth in our business we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to support the existing team with the sourcing and placing of Insurance candidates.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Recruiter, Existing Resourcer or experienced Insurance professionals to work alongside a highly experienced team of Consultants and Resourcers and gain great mentorship while also gaining brilliant training and development. While you will have support to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant, in the short / medium term your focus will be on assisting with the generation of specialist candidates. This will be done by telephone, email marketing, advertising, social media and referral gathering, allowing candidates to build a long term relationship with you.
On a day to day basis you will be working with your team to understand each requirements, target specific candidates that are relevant and engaging them to qualify their interests and suitability. The end result should be a solid shortlist that your Senior Recruiter can put in front of their client.
This is a superb opportunity to blend existing experience and training with more advanced methodology as you specialise in a seriously lucrative niche market.
