Having only started 18 months ago, we have consistently exceeded expectations and in that time, have grown from two people to seven. We pride ourselves on a modern approach and consider our approach to recruitment to be at the highest level.
This person is walking into a vibrant, friendly and outgoing office. We have an exceptionally warm client base with the Accountancy Practice sector and offering a fantastic opportunity for somebody to build upon their skill set with support from a close-knit team. Your client base will be professional accountants and senior managers within our client base.
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to absorb information about the sector you support and the recruitment processes you will be working with.
As a resourcer with Taylor Hawkes , there is a golden opportunity to work towards a full Recruitment Consultant within the business. As a Resourcer, you will be expected to perform the below duties and earn commission on successful placements you are involved in:
- Source candiates via a range of different media
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Organise client & candidate meetings
- Technical resourcing
- Assist in the development of the business
- Produce reports in accordance with set KPI's.
The ideal candidate should have a business or mathematics related degree and looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.
