As a Recruitment Operations Manager, it'll be up to you to effectively manage your defined region, making sure your team of Recruiters are equipped with everything they need to guide and inspire future soldiers through the recruitment process. Your passion and enthusiasm will be invaluable as you build a dynamic team who are motivated to perform in this high-volume and unique environment. And your considerable experience will help you to drive activity and strategic direction for your region as well as confidently work with regional Army stakeholders. - Lead, coach and mentor a team of recruiters across a UK region.
- Define individual targets for both candidate attraction and retention whilst inspiring recruiters to achieve and excel these targets.
- Ensure the teams are well trained, motivated and inspired to find and recruit the right candidates for the right roles within the Army.
- Oversee attraction events in your region to raise awareness of the variety of roles available.
- Identify and develop key stakeholder relationships and build strong connections with educational providers to showcase careers within the Army.
An established manager with experience of high-volume recruitment within an agency, RPO or an in-house recruitment environment, you'll have a strong understanding of the market and its key drivers. You'll have experience in a target-focused setting and be comfortable assessing the performance of others. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are essential traits. You should also be confident to take the lead in initiatives in this professionally unique environment. You'll bring your established negotiation and influencing skills to the table, and in return, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on one of the most prestigious brands in the country.
