Experience

The role as a head of the Temporary division /Training Manager will be to develop and deliver recruitment training , best practice & training activities across the the business .

You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the capabilities of the recruitment consultants . The role will support the internal recruitment function with the hiring of an additional recruitment consultants in Q3 2019 for the East Midlands office .

Candidates must have experience of working within a recruitment agency role as a Manager /Sales Manager /Training Manager .You may have professional training management (not essential ), and have recent experience of leading and developing a team of recruiters . You could be a high fee earning senior recruitment consultant that wishes to manage and train other recruiters with focus less on own personal billings .

The role would suit and an experienced recruitment training manager or recruiter seeking a move away from the day to day running of a recruitment branch and /or a recruitment desk .Any recruiter that has been involved in branch training and consultant development is of an interest if they have temporary recruitment experience
