Recruitment Manager Inhouse
Our client is a rapidly expanding manufacturer with exciting expansion plans.
They are now looking for a new Recruitment Manager to join them in their team, and to assist them in putting talent strategies into place.
Location: Ripley, Derbyshire (Commutable from Derby, Mansfield, Nottingham, Chesterfield and surrounding areas)
Salary: £45k - £50k plus company car
You will design and deliver talent acquisition strategies with the aim of attracting and retaining the very best candidates across the business. You will work with other members of the business to design, build and enhance the brand, ensuring that they are the employer of choice. This role is vital in ensuring that the recruitment process within the business is as affective as possible, this will involve everything from talent acquisition to the interview and onboarding process.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of working in a strategic inhouse recruitment role. Experience of working in a multi-site business would be advantageous as some travel to their sites would be required.
