We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our award-winning agency situated on the cusp of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. We specialise in Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Creative and Technology recruitment across the North-West. You’ll be given the opportunity to lead on roles with leading marketing agencies who work with clients across Fashion, Travel, Tech, FMCG and plenty more.

The Candidate is a genuinely different recruitment agency, most of our consultants come from Marketing (or related) backgrounds. We have an autonomous work culture, with a realistic and healthy work-life balance. We work collaboratively and share our success as a team.

More importantly, the role! You’ll be a focal point of a growing energetic team, where you’ll be developed from the ground up in 360 recruitment. 1-1 development plans with honest and genuine progression opportunities from the moment you start through to reaching director level. You’ll build relationships with our long-standing clients who use us exclusively to source their newest talent across areas including: Paid Media, SEO, Content, Email/CRM, Partnerships & Affiliates, Graphic Design, Print, Brand, Ecommerce and plenty more!

All of the above comes hand-in-hand with a really favourable package (below) and a realistic Manchester City Centre basic salary.

Package:

• £22,000 - £26,000 DOE + monthly paid bonus/commission
• 26 days annual holiday - including Birthday off

What is required for this role?

This is an entry level role, we’re looking for candidates with 0-2 years’ experience. You will be trained in the role to succeed but the below will be required:

• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn with a strong work-ethic
• Ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines
• Team-player and sociable individual
• Commercially-minded
• Comfortable working in a client-facing role
• Educated to a Degree level (or equivalent)
• Passion or prior experience in the markets we recruit highly desirable (Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, Tech, Data & Analytics, Creative/Design)
