Pursuit Resources Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimumof 3years' experience. This is an office-based role, based in Braintree, Essex and the successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

The role:

• Support existing client base and their recruitment needs
• Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
• Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop
• Job board advertising, CV sourcing and candidate marketing (including social media)
• Forge strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Full 360°recruitment role

Experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
• Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities
• Ability to develop and grow new business
• Proven resilience and a positive attitude to overcoming challenges
• Experience recruiting with LinkedIn (highly desirable)
• Previous experience of using recruitment databases to manage candidates and clients
