Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Location: 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG

Hybrid working: Option to do 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: Ranging between £24,000 - £34,000 for Consultants dependent on experience, plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Contract: Full time 37.5 hours Mon-Fri. Permanent.

Reed’s HR recruitment division are expanding and we’re looking for someone to join our fabulously friendly team based from our Bristol office.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.

This particular role is to develop a ‘Temp Desk’ across the south-west region. You will work with organisations that require flexible staffing whether that’s interim projects, covering sickness / mat leave, or simply organisations that prefer to ‘try before they buy’ and so on.
