We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and motivated individual to join the team of expert recruiters in our Ipswich office.

It’s almost impossible to outline every day-to-day task in this role as no two days are the same. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working consistently on Client management and Business development through calls and attending client meetings in person.
  • Conducting the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise our CRM system and various recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate and client data and track progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from managers and conducting performance reviews.

Ideal experience desired, but not essential:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to research industry trends and stay updated on best practices in recruitment.
  • Experience gained form working within recruitment is a plus, but not essential.

This role is offered on a Full-time and Permanent basis.

Our working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (No weekends)

Basic Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year plus Uncapped commission and bonus scheme
