Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3, £100K Year 4

Recruitment Consultant - The Role

In this role, you will be required to headhunt and source candidates for Software Sales roles and help win new business for the company, cold calling prospective clients, arranging meetings, bringing on new roles and building relationships. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced competitive environment!

• 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
• Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair
