Recruitment Consultant

Package: £24-28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£45K OTE Year 1) (£70K OTE Year 2) (£100K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Researching your market
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Financially motivated
• Strong Work ethic
