TRAINEE SALES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

SALARY: £24k + uncapped commission - 1st year OTE £40k, 2nd £55k, 3rd £70k+

THE COMPANY

My client is a rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy that is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic, trainee sales recruitment consultants to join their central London team this summer.

If selected, you will represent a well-established brand name in one of the following industry sectors: IT, Finance, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Medical. Your training will make you an expert in one of these areas.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for building a desk in your specific niche market within IT or engineering. You will need to be self-motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to find your own clients and candidates. In order to get up and running as quickly as possible, you will be put through a training academy.

A typical day will consist of;

*Cold calling to win new business

*Writing adverts

*Screening CV’s

*Interviewing candidates

*Negotiating terms of business

*Maintain successful client relationships

*Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!

THE CANDIDATE

*Must be able to sell (proven success in a B2B sales environment) You will be asked about targets/sales figures

*Anything up to 12 months recruitment experience in any sector is STRONGLY desired

*Educated up to A Level

*Energetic and personable character with ability to build rapport over the phone

*Ambitious with a competitive nature and entrepreneurial flair

*Track record of success, academics, sports or extracurricular activities

*Must be resilient and have strong examples of resilience

*Successful candidates will be financially motivated and driven by career progression.

*To be successful you will be persuasive, engaging, competitive and pro-active.
