Due to continued expansion we have a brilliant opportunity to join a very successful team specialising in Sales and Account Management recruitment.

The Ideal Candidate:
Recruitment experience is NOT necessary. The most important skills you will need are resilience, tenacity and motivation, ideally gained from within a sales environment. We will teach you recruitment! You will be able to demonstrate to your clients and candidates where and how you can add value, consult effectively, share your passion and knowledge of the sector and positively influence the process to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities:
Ability to understand client briefs and determine what the required skills are.
Manage applications and proactively source candidates utilising a variety of methods.
Interviewing candidates via the telephone.
Research and gain new business leads and opportunities.
Networking and connecting with the industry to increase your opportunities.
