We are looking for an experienced full time Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established small recruitment agency in Hove. We have been established for 24 years specialising in full time permanent hospitality staff. You will need to be self-motivated to achieve placements, have a professional approach and capable of working within our agency. We are looking to expand our business, so we require someone with drive to succeed within a very competitive market place.
- Recruiting hospitality staff nationally via job boards and overseas agencies
- Search for suitable candidates via job boards and email applications
- Matching them to our clients' requirements
- Interviewing candidates via telephone/Skype
- Managing and creating relationships with clients and candidates
- Majority of the work will be proactive telemarketing
- Create new business opportunities for the company
The minimum requirements for the Recruitment Consultant role include:
- At least 12 months recruitment experience
- Familiar with job boards such as Reed and CV Library
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to self manage your own client base
- Drive to succeed within a competitive market place
- Local to Hove (we have excellent bus links nearby)
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
