- You will be starting from a semi cold/warm desk and expected to proactively market business for the supply of temporary and permanent industrial staff.
- Actively prospecting new clients
- Developing relationships with established clients
- Pro-actively advertise available positions
- Conduct interviews and ensure that all compliance material is correct.
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-year experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a 360 role with a proven track record of billings.
- You must be a self-starter with a strong commercial acumen capable of creating your own success and maximising opportunities.
· A professional approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- A team player who can direct their own activity and working in a grown-up culture that offers autonomy and accountability in equal measure.
