Recruitment Consultant to support with the growth of business from our existing successful office in Worthing in the temporary supply of care division workers. The two key functions being selling the company services to prospective clients and workers both over the telephone and face to face and secondly, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.

BCS is looking to appoint an experienced Recruiter to support and grow from an established location in the group. The key function of this role is ensuring a ready supply of temporary workers are available and suitable to the temporary assignments the branch has to offer. Support the existing client base, approaching and attracting new clients, attracting suitable candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent positions at our clients request. You will be responsible for screening candidates, arranging interviewing, coordinating training and inductions and taking candidates though the recruitment process up to their start date. You will also provide advice to candidates regarding the company, pay rates, holidays, training & career opportunities. You will be supported to develop your recruitment skills within the branch, with support of Manager, the in-house Training Team, Talent Acquisitions Team and Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience of the recruitment industry with a drive to progress. As the branch supply levels develop you will be an integral part of establishing next steps and further support and resource required to continue development.

The Consultant position attracts a starting salary of £18,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience with a competitive commission structure. Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays.This increases to 30 after year 1 and 35 after year 2.
Hours of Work:
Your working week will consist of 40 hours per week with 1 hour’s lunch break each day.
We have care division branches across the areas of Worthing, Melksham, Oxfordshire, Poole and Newport and while the role is based at our Poole branch, travel to other sites and our training centre and head office in Birmingham will be required as part of the role.
