Basic salary up to £30,000 + uncapped commission (up to £50,000 OTE)

The Recruitment Consultant hired will focus on the supply of temporary trades and labour staff into the construction industry. We are looking for someone who can operate as a true 360 consultant, with a strong work ethic and ability to develop business via telephone and face to face client visit.
All applicants must have at least 9 months experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within a construction focused environment and be able to evidence business wins from their last role.
Our client are offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience plus uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000 (there are multiple team members earning more than this!).
All applicants must have a valid driver's licence and the ability to commute to work in Leeds city centre.
