Package: £23K-25K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives (Year 1 OTE £35K) (Year 2 OTE £50K) (Year 3 OTE £70K)

This opportunity is perfect for either a sales professionl or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here, you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business.

The Role:

  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
  • Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them via LinkedIn
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales or commercial experience
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
  • Commercially savvy
  • Financially and success driven
  • Inherent competitive nature
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
