We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join the Guru team. At Guru we help smart businesses, many of which populate the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and Times Tech Track 100 lists, hire brilliant, inspirational talent.
Founded in 2002, Guru uses the latest online recruitment methods to get vacancies noticed. With clients that include: Red Bull Racing, Last.fm, English Heritage and Pandora (to name just a few), we help them reach the best talent through our expert understanding of job boards, CV databases, community targeting and social networks. Due to ongoing expansion we are now seeking a sales-savvy Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to expand our 360 operations.
Reporting into the Sales Director the Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant will get a unique opportunity to grow a recruitment sales team and expand 360 operations within the business whilst working a warm desk and attracting new clients. On a day-to-day basis expect to make outbound calls to new and existing clients, update and maintain the CRM, build client relationships, develop accounts, liaise with internal Resourcers, attend client visits and much more.
To qualify... You should be an ambitious, dedicated and sales hungry Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Sales Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- A proven track record within a recruitment environment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- The ability to build rapport with clients;
- A savviness towards tech (Word, Outlook, CRM Systems etc.);
- The ability to work off your own initiative and the desire to contribute ideas;
- Desire to grow a team and progress your career;
- A great attitude.
