Our client is a leading recruitment technology provider based in Loughborough. They help their clients to reduce cost per hire and time per hire, as well as enhancing the candidate experience. This year they celebrate their 10 th year anniversary and are proud to continue working with many leading household brands across Europe.
They operate with two arms to their business. One arm focuses on technology, and the other arms focuses on traditional recruitment services.
The technology arm introduces operational efficiencies with their Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), Onboarding module and their Induction App, and the traditional recruitment services arm is a support function for businesses and operates as an extension to their In-house recruitment and HR team.
Who are they looking for?
Our client is looking for ambitious, forward-thinking recruiters who understand that the future of recruitment is going to be through a combination of both technology and human interaction.
You need to be passionate about developing new business along with the ability to present at board level. Although you will be supported with leads from marketing, this role will require a high level of cold calling.
What will you be doing?
As a New Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop client relationships to identify their recruitment challenges. You need to understand their Applicant Tracking Software and Recruitment Services to a technical level whilst being able to articulate commercials through a business case.
