Recruitment Consultant - Legal
Salary: £22,000 - £27,500 + Uncapped Commission Structure: Between 15% - 30% of Total Billings
Heat Recruitment is an established specialist Professional Services Recruitment company with an established reputation within the Accountancy, Financial Services, Insurance, Legal and IT Sectors.
The business has grown considerably since being established and as a result of this growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced and proven Insurance Recruiter within our specialist Insurance Industry division as a Recruitment Consultant. This position is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who is looking to join a growing consultancy and wants the opportunity to progress into a managerial role in due course. Once proven within the business, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to Managing Consultant and take responsibility for spearheading the Division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dealing with a variety of areas including new client sales, account management, interviewing, negotiation, advertising, marketing, networking and the delivery of formal and informal presentations
The role of a recruitment consultant is exceptionally varied and it can truly be said that no two days are the same
Consultants are responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment assignments from inception through to completion
A determination to succeed within a competitive and target driven environment both as an individual and a team player
Previous sales experience would be beneficial
5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths & English
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Numerate and IT literate
Ability to prioritise workload and maintain effective time management to ensure deadlines are met
Well organised, focused, accurate and with good attention to detail
Possess the ability to build good working relationships and be commercially aware
Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and drive
