Recruitment Consultant - Graduate

Package: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (commission up to 35%)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
