Recruitment consultant engineering
Hedge End based
Basic to £25,000 plus commission
Due to a successful last 6 months, our client is now looking to add their next engineering recruiter to their existing team. The role could either focus on contract recruitment or you could look to launch a new desk within rail, white collar construction, water or surveying.
Working alongside two other recruiters who currently focus on buildings, architecture, civils, traffic and transportation, your role will initially be new business development to launch your own desk /division. Ideally they would like this individual to have a real focus on developing a contract market but they are very open and will support you in the form of warm clients to contact. This is an additional hire due to divisional success.
For this role you will have upwards of 12 months recruitment experience and will ideally have exposure to one of the above markets. We do appreciate that you may feel restricted in terms of your contract non compete clause and therefore there are a number of desk opportunities that you could develop to alleviate this issue. You will need to be able to show that you have taken a new client through the whole process from finding a new client lead to picking up a live requirement and successfully filling.
