Joining as a Senior, pay rises are set by realistic targets that will increase your salary and will increase your chances of receiving a bonus. There is scope for progression in this agency to build a team around you and lead them. Progression to this level is a matter of how quickly you progress personally, the work you put in is rewarding.

My client has a very competitive commission structure, seeing up to 25% commission paid out - rewarding Consultant for their billings. They have a very attractive OTE of £70-80K in your 1st year of joining. On top of commission, monetary targets are set for consultants to achieve for a number of consecutive months in order to receive a pay rise.
