Title: Recruitment Consultant (Charity Sector - F2F Fundraising)
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 plus a healthy commission scheme

We here at Bespoke Third Sector Recruitment are looking for a driven and passionate Charity Recruitment Consultant to join our Face-to-Face Fundraising Team. You will have a strong background in Fundraising or be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with knowledge and passion for the charity sector.
Bespoke Third Sector is one of the country’s leading charity recruitment agencies, specialized in setting up street, door to door and venue fundraising campaigns for charities such as Marie Curie, the British Red Cross and St Mungo's. We work in a creative and innovative environment where our staff enjoy coming to work and everyone is given autonomy and encouraged to work with mature approach. You will work alongside established and successful Consultants and a Team Assistant. Being an integral part of the Face-to-Face Fundraising Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment needs of our clients whilst working in a team based environment.
Your day will involve screening of applicants, preparing candidates for client interviews, running group assessments, handling the post recruitment process and being a central point of contact for our prestigious clients. You will also get involved in marketing and business development activities.
