Recruitment Compliance Administrator - Remote/Part time

The Industry Club are a leading creative and marketing recruitment and training company based in London. We’ve been working with some of the biggest names in the creative industry helping to elevate their potential through our "talent- solutions’’ since 2011.

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator on a part time basis to work alongside our recruitment consultants and Finance Manager. This is a part time role between 3 - 6 hours per week and is fully remote and the working hours are flexible but the successful candidate will need to be available during agreed working hours to carry audits, these can be agreed in advance.

The ideal person will have

  • Previous customer services experience
  • Optimistic and positive communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Significant administration experience
  • Previous experience in recruitment compliance
  • Previous experience in carrying out DBS checks/right to work/imposter checks

Computer skills

  • Adobe - to redact files
  • Zoom
  • Excel
  • Experience of recruitment portals and databases.

Key responsibilities

  • Sending emails out requesting references (template from database)
  • Chasing insurance documents from freelancers when not supplied
  • Chasing passports when not uploaded to the database via our registration process
  • Checking right to work when someone is placed, an imposter check, zoom call with the candidate with their passport shown and a screen grab with a declaration then filled out.
  • Getting share codes from Govt website for non UK workers and saving their visa’s to the database
  • Checking we have Status of determination statements for clients where a contract falls outside of IR35 (if co is inside)
  • On-boarding for candidates for live roles plus rosters (approx. 4 per month)
  • Sending out for DBS checks
  • Reference checking
  • Redacting all personal info from documents
  • Filing all of the above ready for audits every quarter
