Then we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Business Manager to join our brand Pulse Mental Health where you will play a vital role in our future growth whilst leading, inspiring, and motivating a team.

Pulse Mental Health are one of the leading recruitment agencies for the supply of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Talking Therapists and Allied Health Professionals, allowing you to be part of a team supporting the increased focus on building mental healthcare provision in the UK.

Every day you will…

  • Be responsible for setting targets, activity levels, KPIs and objectives, ensuring all team members are working to maximum productivity and improve performance
  • Aim to develop all team members, including on-the-job coaching, monthly 121s, setting SMART objectives and reviewing performance of direct reports
  • Accurately forecast and deliver margin expectations, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Understand key financial drivers and continuingly reviewing progress in-line with budget and company objectives
  • Manage candidate recruitment, ensuring numbers of active candidates are maintained and increased to agreed levels
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, and represent the business to relevant outside bodies, institutions and individuals

To thrive in this role, you must have…

  • Experience of leading a team and/or demonstrating leadership behaviours
  • A proven track record of success in a sales/recruitment role
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team, using coaching and mentoring to achieve improved results
  • Ability to analyse management information and prepare reports
